This is not my first time staying at this hotel. The only discomfort I faced, they transferred me to next hotel they have, Taurus SPA, and this hotel is one star less than what I booked and paid, but this was due to the CoronaVirus situation so I could understand. Anyways, I didn't face any difficulties during my stay. If one doesn’t have to stay right in the heart of the centre, this hotel is a viable option. Very fine breakfast at the top floor, if the weather is fine one can sit outside. In my opinion the breakfast was in the better end of Ukrainian hotel breakfasts and especially for this price category of hotels. Quiert area, friendly receptionists, easy check-in and out. Everything was clean and fresh. The rooms with all extras you can need except iron. As a lover of good breakfasts the breakfast was rich and made with love. The personal from the restaurant very friendly and helpful. The cakes amazing, the dinner fanzy, the only thing I would like to see more if the portions were little larger.
