Specifically, the bar staff cheated on the bill - increasing prices above what was on the menu - and providing drinks that were cheaper and different to what we ordered thinking we wouldn't notice. When this was brought to their attention, the reaction was one where the manager admitted that they were cheating, showing no remorse or even apologizing - it leads me to believe that this was no accident or isolated case. This is very disappointing as this is the first time we encounter such activity in a hotel of the quality that Citadel Inn is in Ukraine. The staff members were friendly and professional. The breakfast was good, and the room was extremely quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Even though you are in what was once a fortress, the wifi works good.
