"Customer sevice was excellent. Hotel needs new paint and brighter lighting in hallways. Needs updating for smart outlets. Carpet either needs to be remove or replace with easier to clean floors. Other than that its a great hotel."

"I had a wonderful stay here and am considering returning to the Philippines to recreate this particular experience. Great food. Beautiful sunsets. Fantastic pool. Amble excursion options (although I was content to not leave the resort the first few days). But most importantly, any flaws this place has (and, yes, there are a few) are *completely* made up for by the level of service provided by the entire staff. Kudos to the team! I will let *all* my friends know where to find you! You've made a raving fan!"
