Villa Aphrodite boasts 2 complete individual flats with the same floor plan, one on each floor with a complete kitchen, living space, two full master suites (bathroom attached to the bedroom), a private door to each flat, and balcony overlooking the pool and garden. Swan Apartment on the first floor and Seashell Apartment on the Second Floor.

2 Bedrooms: Spacious, elegantly furnished, with private attached bathrooms.

2 Bathrooms: Bathrooms are elegantly designed with modern ceramic and fixtures. Each bathroom is private and attached to each bedroom.

Pool & Gardens: Immerse yourself in the beauty of the villa`s lush gardens and take a dip in the luxurious pool.

Exclusive Amenities: State-of-the-art kitchen, washer, TV – everything you need to indulge in comfort and relaxation.

Breakfast Available 7am -11am $5 USD per person. Features a variety of different Egyptian specialties and fresh juice.

Guests will have full access to the complete individual Seashell Apartment on the Second Floor and the private grounds including the garden and pool.
- Please turn off the lights and electronics when you go out.

- Please turn off the air conditioning when you go out, and close the door to each room at at all times while using the air conditioning. This is due to the fact that the air conditioning is only designated for the room where it`s in. When the door is left open, this could break the system. These damages will be billed to the guests, but we would rather avoid this at all.

- Please do not use the washer or heater when not inside the villa

- Egyptian regulations require that any Egyptian or Arab Islamic man or woman sharing a room or apartment with a member of the opposite sex have a marriage certificate. We have to respect and check this rule. If guests, to whom the above applies don`t provide these documents, we unfortunately can`t accepted your reservation.

- No big parties or large events allowed.
- No smoking or vaping allowed inside the villa.
*guests will be fined a cleaning fee if there has been smoking inside.
- No pets allowed.
- Please don`t eat or drink in the bedrooms.

- Please take care of the furnishing and interior. (Large) damages will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb.
