  • Fully renovated waterfront cottage with private dock on Mill Creek in Lusby, MD. Located less than 45 miles from the capital beltway, next to Solomons Island, and only 15 minutes by paddleboard or car, with lots of shops and restaurants. Bring your boat and jet skis. There is a boat launch less than .5 miles from home. The perfect destination for fishing/crabbing, boating, water activities, or just relaxing with a book, watching the boats pass by from the living room or lawn.
    The upper level is completely renovated, featuring a new kitchen, bath, and two bedrooms. The kitchen, dining, and living areas offer breathtaking panoramic views of the water. A wood stove and firewood are provided for the cooler months.
    The lower level allows families and friends to spread out, featuring a Foosball table and a large leather sectional with a smart TV. A wet bar with a beverage fridge leads you to the shaded patio, featuring a teak dining table and an outdoor shower. The lower level also has a bedroom with a king bed and a set of twin bunk beds. The bathroom has also been fully renovated with a walk-in shower.

    The home is located in a quiet, family-focused neighborhood. Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am while outside; noise travels over the water for very far distances. The maximum number of adults during the entire stay is 6, unless permission is granted in advance by the host.
