It offers a very pleasant courtyard, good restaurant with limited menu, and clean, basic room. Location is not too far from the center, though Lusaka is not a good town for walking, and there are nor restaurants, bars, etc. near the property. I stayed here twice, and the TV reception was poor in each room. Advertised was satellite TV but it was all just set up through the lounge TV. Therefore when my kids were watching Animal Planet, all of the sudden a soap opera would come on when someone changed the channel in the lounge. There was no hot water kettle or tea as advertised, just a container with instant coffee and two dirty mugs. Advertised was complimentary toiletries, which was just a small bar of hand soap. I asked for shampoo but they had none. When I got into the shower, it was ice cold. They didn't have hot water there! Also, we wanted to avoid drinking the water in Lusaka. We went to the bar to buy some and they only had 1 bottle. It was just disappointing there.
