The shuttle transport service though was an absolute dealbreaker for us and we’re incredibly grateful that it was a service offered by the hotel."

"A nice hotel just over 10 minutes' walk from the train station. The room was decent and the bed comfortable, and the staff kindly allowed us to leave our luggage with them on the morning we arrived so that we could go out and look around the city without our bags until it was time to check in. We had a problem with our toilet that was fixed quite speedily after notifying reception. We were looking forward to an evening drink at the rooftop bar, but when we went up there were no staff around, which was a little disappointing."

The staff agreed to give us another room but only the following day since we already used the bed to recover from get leg awoken by the noise. That was a bit ridiculous. Breakfast was good but not very well organized/replenished as it was busy. The staff also found it objectionable for us to have our breakfast in the garden although it was nice weather. At the end we managed but then dear fellow guests had to smoke their objectionable cigarettes next to us spoiling it all."
