Shop 300 m, shopping centre 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bakery 1 km, 3 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Gare de lunel" 850 m, railway station "Lunel" 850 m, sandy beach "Couchant" 17 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, thermal baths "Thalasso Spa" 18 km. Please note: no lift.  
2-room apartment 45 m2 on 2nd floor, south facing position. Very comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen), Home cinema electric heating and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm).
