It comprises a 50 m² living room (with stove), an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms (with showers), an unenclosed 800 m² garden and two 20 m² terraces. Wifi (fibre optics) included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor \- A 50 m² living room with TV, wood-burning stove (wood provided), sofa and dining area \- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... \- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) \- Shower room \- Separate WC First floor \- Bedrooms 2 and 3: double bed (140×190) Mezzanine \- Bedroom 4: double bed (140×190) \- Shower room \- Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot. Outside \- An unenclosed, private 800 m² garden \- A 20 m² south-facing terrace on the raised ground floor, with views over the fields, a jacuzzi (open from April to October) and furniture to enjoy the fine weather. \- A second 20 m² terrace on the ground floor, also with furniture and shade The gite is ideally located in Lunac, in a very quiet and pleasant setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc. Activities : \- Château de Lunac about 6 minutes (3.9 km) away by car \- Outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, tree climbing, etc.) Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 4 vehicles).
