Located in the navy of Sant'Ambroggio in the town of de Lumio, between Calvi and Ile Rousse (12kms) and 10 km from Calvi airport.

Wonderful week
The kids loved the pool and day beds. Well equipped kitchen. Sea swims were a highlight. A great time. We enjoyed the local harbour restaurant and bakery too. *****

Localisation et vue extraordinaires Tout aurait pu être parfait mais la gestion aléatoire de la piscine trouble voire verte nous a un peu refroidi. Je reviendrai en Corse mais pas forcément dans cette location

Top implantation mais service à améliorer
La maison est spacieuse et nous avons passé un séjour agréable en famille. Cependant nous n'avons pas trouvé la prestation à la hauteur du prix demandé selon notre expérience en Corse. L’équipement est correcte mis à part des éléments que l’on devrait retrouver dans la prestation : - Pas d’équipement pour le barbecue, - Pas de produits pour l’entretien de base du Jacuzzi, - Des soucis de stabilité avec la piscine qui pâti d’un équipement à minima comme un robot ou un passage plus régulier d'un agent d'entretien, - Un babyfoot peu utilisable car abimé, des boules de pétanque en plastique alors qu'un superbe terrain est présent ... Des éléments descriptifs mériteraient d’être précisés ou modifiés comme 3 chambres séparées de l’habitation principale et les sièges de la piscine qui contrairement aux photos de l’annonce ne sont pas présents. Nous nous étions imaginé des apéritifs dans la piscine ce que nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu faire... Enfin des désagréments qui n’ont pas gâché notre séjour mais que l’on ne devrait pas retrouver dans une villa avec le standing avancé : climatisations dans 2 chambres HS en attente de réparation, humidité dans les chambres séparées, pas de descriptif d'utilisation des équipements, de passage des services de collecte, ... En bref, nous avons apprécié la maison et son environnement. Le séjour aurait été parfaitement idyllique, à la hauteur de nos attentes et du montant de location demandé avec les éléments précédemment cités réglés.

Idyllique
La propriété est incroyable même mieux que sur les photos. Nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses en famille. La piscine aurait méritée d’être plus chaude. Nous avons eu beaucoup de vent et la température de l’eau était fraîche . Dommage . Le propriétaire est à disposition et réactif pour la moindre question.

Quand le ramage ne correspond pas au plumage
Villa avec fort potentiel mais qui ne répond pas aux attentes notamment dans le domaine de la connexion Wi-Fi qui n'est pas disponible dans l'espace lounge, des installations de qualité moyenne et des problèmes (fuite d'eau provocant inondation) qui n'interpellent en rien le propriétaire. Heureusement que la personne chargée de la réception et à contacter en cas de problème est à l'écoute. Bon point pour la piscine et l'espace barbecue qui sont très agréables. Beaucoup de petits désagréments qui gâchent le potentiel de cette maison. Il existe des locations de vacances équivalentes dans cette région mais qui sont plus en adequation avec le prix demandé

Les prestations sont conformes au descriptif. Nous avons passé un semaine trés confortable à 6 adultes et 4 enfants. L'environnement est grandiose d'autant plus agréable que nous avons eu une semaine de beau temps. Ce séjour restera dans nos mémoires.
