    3-room semi-detached house 80 m2 on 1st floor. Partly renovated in 2023, practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, 1 pull-out bed and TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Balcony 10 m2. Balcony furniture. View of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage (1 car). Our experience at home stay

The location is perfect. The house has all the basic amenities and perfect stay for a family with children. Improvement: During summer please provide fans (ventilator) in both the bedrooms as it was too hot to sleep in the night.

Ein nettes schönenes sauberes Ferienhaus mit nostalgischer Einrichtung in einer ruhigen Lage. Es ist alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht vorhanden. Das Haus ist wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern,kleiner Mangel ist die enge Einfahrt und die kleine Garage ( für große Autos nicht geeignet ). Sehr nette Nachbarn im direkten Umfeld.
