"Fleur de Chine was one of the highlights of our Taiwan trip. Stunning lake views, excellent food selection, and consistently warm, attentive service throughout our stay.
Special thanks to Blue from billing, who went above and beyond to clarify a spa billing concern with professionalism and care. Truly appreciated.
A beautiful property that delivers luxury with genuine hospitality."
"From the moment you step onto the property the staff and ambience takes your breath away. The views are stunning. The service was 11/10. They upgraded our room without us asking as they knew we were celebrating a special occasion. The Chinese restaurant was delicious! My only regret with my booking was choosing to stay one night. If I stayed for two nights…I probably would never want to leave. The only minor inconvenience was that the room doesn’t offer many outlets for personal use. I needed to unplug the humidifier or room scent diffuser to use my Dyson or charge my devices. "
"This property feels more like a youth hostel than a proper hotel. The house is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offers a nice variety of Taiwanese dishes. However, arriving by public transport means a steep uphill hike. Rooms are bare-bones: just a floor mattress as a bed, a single ceiling light, a low shelf and a basic shower stall. It's significantly overpriced for what it offers."
"It is ok. Don't expect much. The staffs are very nice. This is the first hotel where the bathroom is "dirty"...other peoples hair still in tub drain. Therefore make me question the cleanliness of the hot tub as it is the same until."
