Short walk to Chi St Luke’s Hospital and Walgreens, 2 minute drive to downtown Lufkin’s restaurants, shops, new brewery and wine bar! 2 minutes away from 2 great local burger places, 2 minutes drive to Pitser Garrison civic center, 4 minute drive to Pilgrims Lufkin, 4 minute drive to Woodland Heights medical center, 5 minutes from multiple fast food options in either direction. Dry cleaners and a laundry mat, both within 1-2 minutes.
The Neighborhood:
Unit has its own driveway. It is a single car driveway located on the side of the building. The staircase to the unit is right in front of the driveway.
