Large living room with panoramic windows and a direct view of the lagoon, wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people, 3 separate bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds and 1 with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms—each with a shower and toilet, washing machine, large sun terrace with furniture, large garden with a grill. Internet, TV, CD, and DVD are standard features here. It’s about 100 metres to the water; the Pommernhaus boat dock with rowing boats is located right on the water (for use by Pommernhaus guests only).



Our quiet, modernly equipped house by the lake, located just a stone’s throw from the water’s edge, offers the most beautiful views of Lake Neuwarper, a bay of the Szczecin Lagoon. From the living room and most of the bedrooms and other rooms, you have a magnificent view across the water to the Riether Werder, a bird sanctuary island in the middle of Lake Neuwarper. Beech and pine forests lie right nearby, perfect for long walks. It’s a wonderful place to wind down after a long rowing boat trip, a bike ride along the well-developed network of bike paths in the Riether Winkel region, or a swim in the lake—whether by the fireplace or in the spacious sauna (for 4–6 people). The Riether swimming area, complete with a small playground and volleyball court, is just 200 metres away.

The house by the lake is perfect for family gatherings and small group get-togethers. The front and rear houses (House I and II) can be physically separated and can therefore also be booked separately for smaller groups.

Haus am See I and Haus am See II can be converted into one large 10-person house with 250 m² of living space via the connecting wing.

Haus am See I features three spacious bedrooms, two of which have comfortable double beds and one with two single beds. You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two modern bathrooms with showers, a cosy living room with a sofa suite, a wood-burning stove, and a lake view, as well as a large sun terrace with patio furniture. The property is completely fenced in, and each house also has its own fenced-in area.
Haus am See II
Haus am See II features two spacious bedrooms, both with comfortable double beds. You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that opens onto a modern, bright living room featuring a sofa suite, a wood-burning stove, a TV, and a lake view, as well as two spacious bathrooms with showers and a large sun terrace with patio furniture and deck chairs. The property is completely fenced in, and each house also has its own fenced-in area.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
