We were travelling as a family of four. We had booked the Montepulciano 2 bedroom suite, but were delighted to be told on arrival that we'd been upgraded to the best villa on resort(!), Villa Nobile. What a beautiful hotel, the room was spacious clean and extremely well presented. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome.
