We stayed in Lucerne for 1 night so we didn't need anything special. The staff was super friendly and even dropped our bags off in our room while we were out exploring Lucerne. The price was right, the room was a good size, clean and the beds were comfortable.

Clean room!

Great stay! A bit harder to find but right next to the water and all the main shopping/dining areas. Close enough walk to the train station we did it with our bags. Very clean and minimal but a good stay for a couple!

The location was very central and our room was very cute. The pool was across the street at the sister hotel and was enjoyed. Our hotel was very quiet; there were varying degrees of street noise sensing on the day but closing the windows and using the overhead fan blocked out the noise. We loved our stay!

Pros: The guest house is 9 mins walk to the train station. It is close to restaurant and other amenities. The bed is comfy Cons: Didnt replace the empty shower gel on the last day of our stay. Have to walk up to the 3rd floor with our luggages.

Cheap and cheerful hotel in a beautiful and convenient street. Safe and quiet, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and good wifi. Theres no fridge or aircon but there is an electric kettle and strong hot water in the shower. Highly recommend

Hotel has a good location. Was not too difficult to walk to from city bus line. Be aware that there is no elevator. You will have difficulty with the stairs if bringing heavy luggage.

The area is super noisy. Bars downstairs that open to 2am and people continuing shouting on the street till 3am or later. The place has no AC, super hot, therefore, you have to open the window and hear all the noise. About 5:30, you start hearing people walking and talking and laughing again. ( we stayed on the top floor- even that didn’t help with the noise) We didn’t sleep all night which was very horrible for travelers who have tour plan all day everyday. Will not recommend it. Staff are nice though.

Our stay was good. The location was great. Mohammad was very welcoming and helpful. The shower control was a little confusing and the room could use more light, but the bed was comfortable and everything was clean.
