The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, it was the perfect "home base" for our week in Lucca. The staff were quick to respond via WhatsApp whenever we had a question, and they helped us organise transportation when there was a train strike on our departure day. The Casta Dama apartment was beautiful, spacious, clean and located right off a main shopping street. The natural light was lovely and the air conditioning worked really well. It is not handicap accessible though, as it’s on the 3rd floor of the building with no elevator. As long as you don’t mind the steps, I’d highly recommend this apartment!
