I fully enjoyed my stay. It's a wonderful property: clean, well-furnished, a modern re-modeled building; cable TV and internet; good location inside the wall in Lucca. It's just missing bathrobes and slippers for the guests! The property management team is good and always accessible via the What's App app. We had a couple of very small communication issues - like where the garbage drop off was located - but both were easily resolved. They are a good team. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the apartment but instead the building itself. There are about 6 - 8 units in the building and they all use the front door for access. This door is typical of buildings in Lucca as it is large, heavy, and made of wood. Well, it is loud when closed - very loud. So, get used to hearing the door closed. Overall, it is a quiet building (outside the door) and the neighborhood is quiet. Though, there is a school next door so at times you will hear the students come and go. I would rent this property again. ##### Rex B. The second “bedroom” is an open loft space with a sofa bed above the living room and so does not have complete privacy. Light and sounds easily travel between the two spaces. The location is toward the north section of the city within the city walls. Great restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery stores are within a few minutes walk.
