Located on the first floor of a small building with access via external stairs, the apartment opens onto a bright living room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction cooktop. The tastefully furnished space offers a comfortable sofa in front of a smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day in the city.  
  
Light parquet floors create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, while underfloor heating and cooling ensure comfort in every season.
