The apartment is located on the ground floor of a Liberty villa built in 1905: completely renovated to the highest standards, it has kept the details of the building's history, with incredible frescoes and paintings. The accommodation, for year-round comfort, has independent heating. Located about 800 meters from the walls surrounding the historic center and reachable thanks to the bike path. Enter through the door framed by the two dragons in style to be welcomed in a spacious and bright environment. The dining room can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
The kitchen offers all modern appliances. The apartment has a double bedroom, a double bedroom with a bunk bed, a single bedroom and a bathroom. The TV in the living room is Smart and equipped with WI-FI internet connection as in the whole apartment.
