"Hotel runs down a lot! The gym, the swimming pool and the room (suite). Please renovate them. Staff are awesome and location isn’t bad but the condition of the hotel is terrible. We wanted to move to the other place if and only if we could get our refund. "

"Short of being a resort and yet a hotel slightly far from town, the only comfort that the hotel provides is free shuttle services and an extremely friendly and bilingual service team who goes all out to help customers. "The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer. "
