Location
Located just 150 metres from the beach, in a second-row setting, this house combines the benefits of plenty of green space with excellent access to the beach. With approximately 91 m² of living space, this lovingly maintained holiday home offers a wonderful getaway for families and friends. The huge terrace, which is partially covered, the large garden, and the south-facing orientation make it hard to resist spending a day at the nearby Baltic Sea beach.

Bedrooms
Two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds (80 x 200 each), which are pushed together to form double beds. The third bedroom is furnished with two separate single beds (80 x 200). Each bedroom features a spacious closet for your holiday wardrobe.

Bathroom
The bathroom features a sauna, a hot tub (for up to 2 people), a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink.

Outdoor Area & Parking
The huge terrace is a real highlight! Equipped with patio furniture and a grill, it’s the perfect spot for social barbecue evenings and relaxing in the sun. Whether you’re reading a book on the terrace or playing in the garden: you’ll find both active and passive relaxation on this fantastic property.
Two free parking spaces are available right next to the house.
Pets are welcome in this non-smoking accommodation.

Important booking information
Utility costs for gas (1.50 €/m³), water (8.50 €/m³), and electricity (0.40 €/kWh) will be metered after your departure and deducted from your security deposit. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for a fee (without making the beds). Wi-Fi is also available free of charge (subject to availability).

Village 1 “Strandblick,” with its exclusive and spacious holiday homes, offers you a relaxing holiday on the Priwall in Travemünde—in a quiet, beachfront location right on the waterfront. The distance to the beach is approximately 100 metres.
Whether you’re looking for a smaller holiday home for a small group or an XXL holiday rental with a private pool for up to 12 people, you’re sure to find the perfect holiday home at the “Strandblick” complex. Each house features a sauna, a hot tub, and a wood-burning stove. Other homes offer large indoor pools and steam rooms.
Children are welcome in all holiday accommodation at the resort, and dogs are also allowed in many holiday homes. The spacious terraces offer plenty of seating. Each holiday home comes equipped with at least one grill to ensure you have a great time with your family!
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.
Parking spaces are located right next to the houses.

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the holiday rental is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is €250. For larger properties, it’s €350. The security deposit must be paid in advance via bank transfer along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, minus any utility charges, provided there are no complaints or damage (Valid for 2026: Water based on consumption / €8.50 per m³; gas based on consumption / €1.50 per m³; electricity based on consumption / €0.40 per kWh).

At the Strandblick holiday resort, Village 1, exclusive holiday homes with their own unique character await you. Each of the 23 detached homes features three to six bedrooms, up to two bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and a generous terrace, and can accommodate six to twelve people, depending on the layout.
Parking spaces are located directly in front of each holiday home. If you bring bicycles, you’ll find plenty of space to park them at each house.
