Location
This inviting holiday home is located right at the entrance to Holiday Village 1, Beach View.
It’s in a prime location, as both the wide sandy beach (less than 150 metres away) and the nearest restaurant or Edeka supermarket are within walking distance.

The House
With a spacious area of approximately 195 m², the holiday home can accommodate up to 12 people, making it perfect for families or friends. It features its own large pool and a total of 6 bedrooms:

- 3 bedrooms with double beds
- 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds
- 1 alcove with 2 single beds

Special highlights
A large indoor pool with a slide, a hot tub (for up to 5 people), steam room, and sauna. The hot tub and steam room guarantee you a wonderful family holiday no matter the weather! The wood-burning stove creates a particularly cosy atmosphere during the colder months!
Two sunny terraces invite you to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. Here you can relax undisturbed or spend cosy evenings with friends and family.

Essentials
A washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher are provided.

Living Area
The open-concept living and dining area is the perfect place to get together. Two sofa nooks and an inviting dining area create a cosy atmosphere. The wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth, while the flat-screen TV, radio with CD player, and DVD player provide entertainment. Large windows with curtains ensure a comfortable level of privacy.

Kitchenette
The well-equipped kitchenette has everything you could want. Here you’ll find, for example:

- Refrigerator and freezer
- Dishwasher
- Microwave
- 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven

A wide variety of pots, dishes, and glasses are also at your disposal—perfect for preparing your favourite meals!

Bedrooms
Three bedrooms are furnished with two single beds (80 x 200 each), which are pushed together to form double beds. Two bedrooms each have 2 single beds (80 x 200 each), and the alcove contains two single beds (80 x 200 each). Each bedroom features a spacious closet for your holiday wardrobe.

Bathrooms
The spacious main bathroom is a real highlight:

- Two sinks and two showers
- Separate sauna and steam room for pure wellness

There is also a guest bathroom with a shower.

Outdoor Area & Parking
The terraces are ideal for relaxing while you enjoy the sun and the tranquility of the holiday village. For your convenience, three free parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are welcome in this non-smoking apartment!

Important Booking Information
Utility costs for gas (1.50 €/m³), water (€8.50/m³), and electricity (€0.40/kWh) will be recorded after your departure and deducted from your security deposit. We will read and document the metre readings before your arrival and after your departure. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for a fee (without making the beds). Wi-Fi is also available free of charge (subject to availability).

Village 1 “Strandblick,” with its exclusive and spacious holiday homes, offers you a relaxing holiday on Priwall in Travemünde—in a quiet, beachfront location right on the waterfront. The distance to the beach is approximately 100 metres.
Whether you’re looking for a smaller holiday home for a small group or an XXL holiday rental with a private pool for up to 12 people, you’re sure to find the perfect holiday home at the “Strandblick” resort. Each house features a sauna, a hot tub, and a wood-burning stove. Other homes offer large indoor pools and steam rooms.
Children are welcome in all holiday accommodation at the resort, and dogs are allowed in many holiday homes. The spacious terraces offer plenty of seating. Each holiday home comes equipped with at least one grill to ensure you have a great time with your family!
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.
Parking spaces are located right next to the homes.

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the holiday rental is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is €250. For larger properties, it’s €350. The security deposit must be paid in advance via bank transfer along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, minus any utility costs, provided there are no complaints or defects (Valid for 2026: Water based on usage / €8.50 per m³; gas based on consumption / €1.50 per m³; electricity based on consumption / €0.40 per kWh).


Strandblick Village 1 holiday village on the Travemünde-Priwall


At the Strandblick holiday resort, Village 1, exclusive holiday homes with their own unique character await you. Each of the 23 detached homes features three to six bedrooms, up to two bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and a generous terrace, and can accommodate six to twelve people, depending on the layout.
Parking spaces are located directly in front of each holiday home. If you bring bicycles, you’ll find plenty of space to park them at each house.
