Rooms were clean, bed was harder than I prefer, but my husband liked it. Cons... getting extra towels was like pulling teeth. Breakfast was less than desirable. Pros... large selection of drinks and snacks, smooth check in.

It was located close enough to roads to get around easily. The only issue was if you get a room end near the end of the hallway On the first floor be aware you will hear the outer door slamming all night long

This is a good hotel overall. We have stayed several times while in Lubbock. Clean comfortable room. Staff is friendly and try to help where they can. The last couple of times they did not have trays for the coffee pot in the room. Wish they allowed you to take breakfast plates to your room. Overall recommend this hotel.
