Top Lubbock Hotel Reviews

MCM Eleganté Hotel & Suites

10/10 Excellent

"We loved it and had no problems besides getting into a room due to the room card reader broken but they switch us to a new room right away!"

Embassy Suites Lubbock

10/10 Excellent

"We had such a great experience at Embassy Suites! The staff was absolutely lovely, breakfast was great, and the overall atmosphere was so welcoming and lively. I loved how much interaction there was between guests and staff. Everyone seemed to be in such a good mood, and it made our stay even more enjoyable! The only thing I would mention is that some of the furniture is a little outdated and shows some wear and tear. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!"

Wingate by Wyndham Lubbock near Texas Tech Univ. Medical Ctr

8/10 Good

"Rooms were clean, bed was harder than I prefer, but my husband liked it. Cons... getting extra towels was like pulling teeth. Breakfast was less than desirable. Pros... large selection of drinks and snacks, smooth check in."

Quality Inn & Suites Lubbock South

8/10 Good

"Some of the newer reviews really had me worried. Thankfully, we had no issues. Yes, overall the rooms need to be updated, but they are clean. We had a group of rooms so this was pretty consistent across all the rooms. Sheets and beds are comfortable. The couch was older and a bit stained but no more than expected with use over several years. Customer service can definitely stand to be improved. We lost $ in the vending machine. It happens, but the counter staff could have let us know there was another machine upstairs. Simple information is helpful when you need a bottle of water. We didn't experience the breakfast, pool, or exercise equipment. Yes, this hotel is in a less desirable part of town, but it sits on a property that is isolated with easy access to the highways. Ample parking and well lit lot. There were no sketchy people or activities going on around the hotel that we saw and one night we didn't get back to the hotel until almost 3am. The things I was impressed with for this price point: individually wrapped soaps/shampoos/conditioners, nice towels/linens, daily maid service without requesting it."
