I really like this hotel.Very good for relaxing. They helped me with a late check out the next day. Comfortable rooms.

Improvement is required in staff English and customer service. as I consider this to be an international business hotel.

Happy with everything a little bit of things to change, but I’m okay with it

The staff were outstanding and very helpful. Downside the bathroom in our room was very dated, and could do with some work. Would definitely go back!

Much better experience than the last time. Service has its ups and downs, but most of the staff are genuinely trying to help. A few of the staff are completely uninterested in being helpful.

Very friendly and attentive staff

The rooms are comfy with necessary space for all your stuff, a/c was work fine, even its a 3 star hotel it's feel a bit more ranked. But the tap shower, need more maintenance and the mini fridge, isn't chilling at all. The water on swimming pool was cold, the sauna and jacuzzi were out of order.

The room is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and energetic. The swimming pool is beautiful and the atmosphere between the staff and guests is very nice.

This hotel offers excellent value for Luanda. Good location with easy access to downtown and the Ilha from the marginal. The best feature of the hotel is the roof terrace which offers great views and a cooling breeze in the evenings - try some grilled chouriço and a cold Cuca. The hotel staff are also warm and friendly and will go out of their way to help even if they're not the most organised at getting things done- but that's pretty normal :-). The room I stayed in was rear facing so didn't...
