2. There is no smoking inside my home - if there is any evidence of smoking inside, you will be charged a $500 fee.
3. Please try to checkout at 10am - we allow a 15-20 minute grace period, but if you check-out past 11:20 am you will be charged a $100 late checked.

This home is very clean and spacious with comfortable beds and bedding. The amenities within the home are very basic and the exterior could use some attention to make this home a little more inviting. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to the lake, the quaint village of Bath, McKinnon Brothers Brewery, as well as easy access to Hwy 401. I would recommend this home to families with young children because of all the space to safely play.

Très belle et vaste maison très propre dans un quartier résidentiel. Les lits sont confortables. Il y a deux salles de bain. Il y a lave linge et sèche lingeSeul reproche, le manque d’équipement dans la cuisine. Il faut absolument pour les futurs locataires acheter vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine.Je recommande cette location.
