The Fairway Villa - Sleeps 26, 6BR Golf-Course, Waterslide Pool, Jacuzzi

The Fairway Villa is a six-bedroom, six-bathroom (five full, one half) villa sitting directly on the Tobago Plantations golf course in Lowlands, in a gated estate with 24/7 security. It sleeps up to 26 guests and is about five minutes from the beach.

Outside, the private pool has a waterslide, and there is a jacuzzi, a covered porch, a gazebo with fairway views and several terraces for dining and lounging. Kids have a playground and a mini golf course, and there is a BBQ area.

Inside, a Japandi-style dining room seats 18, and the living room has a 65-inch TV. The games room has a pool table and foosball. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee maker, and the whole villa is air conditioned with fast WiFi.

Sleeping arrangements: six bedrooms with queen beds, a king and bunk beds. One room is a kids' bunk room that sleeps 8, so children can share while adults have their own rooms. Cots are available, and a high chair can be arranged.

Also included: washing machine and dryer, iron, hair dryer, sound system and free on-site parking.

Guests and fees: the nightly rate covers up to 18 guests. Each additional guest, up to the maximum of 26, is $50 per guest per night. If your party is larger than the number booked, the reservation and the extra-guest fee will be updated before check-in.

House rules: check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. No smoking and no pets. Quiet hours are enforced. Day visitors are not permitted unless approved in advance. Parties, weddings and other events must be disclosed and approved before booking, and may need extra staffing, cleaning or a security deposit.
