The valet service was nice...he met us at the door and parked our car which was very welcome after the challenges encountered parking at other hotels. "Quiet place but clean. Front desk was friendly. We had a car so we drove around for the most part, they had free on site parking outside and in the garage. I did see bus stops around the area when walking to the bakery. There is a bakery two minutes away from the hotel which had really nice baked goods. Grocery store near by if you want to buy snacks. "We were in town for a family event and spent two nights at Sure Hotel by Best Western Hilden-Duesseldorf. We had a great stay! The hotel is located near the quaint downtown area. We caught the S-Bahn to Düsseldorf from Hilden Süd which was about a 15 min walk. Check-in was quick and easy and the hotel staff was very friendly. Our rooms very extremely comfortable and very clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet which offered a variety of food options for every family member. We would...

"The hotel is fine, very well located close to plenty of restaurants and shops. The problem for us was the not so friendly staff and the room. It was right beside the lift, so very noisy and it had a funny smell. Apart from that, everything was fine. "
