"Alexandre, our host at the Chateau, was simply wonderful. There are only a few rooms, so it was a very special stay, and the rooms are beautiful and large. The experience he provides is staying in a private home, with a formal living room, a dining room for breakfast, and a sitting room for relaxing. "Beautiful property in a wonderful scenic setting, with a path from the door down to the bay below. Good views (when the sea mist lifted) of the sea, all the way to Le Havre. Would have been a lovely quiet setting, surrounded by pastures and trees, although we couldn't use our sun balcony for a couple of hours due to a group of 20 to 30 people (guests of the proprietor?) having a very noisy outside buffet party directly underneath us"
