With easy access to downtown, Fort Collins, and Boulder, up to 14 guests are invited to stay in this upscale yet cozy property. Our six-bedroom, four-bathroom house in a safe, quiet neighborhood is equipped to accommodate large groups or multi-families for a memorable vacation of connection and serenity. Upon arrival, you’ll be amazed by the beautiful white-brick facade and lush greenery. Step inside and decide which bedroom will be yours. Luckily, five of the guest bedrooms all come with a cozy queen sized bed and Smart TV for unwinding at night, so the decision shouldn’t be too tough. Unless you want to score the gorgeous primary suite (and we don’t blame you!), with all its enticing features. The primary suite is outfitted with a deluxe king sized bed, Smart TV, and french doors with direct access to the sunroom pool house. Best of all, this abode also offers a chic ensuite bathroom with a huge granite-top double vanity and large glass walk-in shower. Not a bad deal. And if you do end up in one of the other five bedrooms, don’t sweat it. There’s a full bathroom on every level, including the pool house! Now that you’re all unpacked and settled in, time to explore the rest of the house. You and your whole group will love the bright, spacious living spaces and features like the laundry room sprinkled throughout the home. On the main level, you’ll find a cozy family room with spacious sectional couch, Smart TV, and a fireplace. The neighborhood itself is quiet and safe, while being within easy access to a multitude of outdoor activities, downtown entertainment, and interesting nearby cities. If outdoor adventures are your thing, you’ll appreciate Lake Loveland and Boyd Lake, which are great for paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing. Plus, Devil’s Backbone is nearby. These scenic foothills make for delightful day hiking, with beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains in the distance. If you’re looking for entertainment and food, we’ve got that too! There are a plethora of popular breweries right downtown, including Loveland Aleworks and Verboten Brewing. Our party of 5 adults and 3 kids loved this house! While there we held a small family reunion of 13 people. The house accommodated everyone comfortably inside and outside in the backyard overlooking the 16th hole of the golf course. The house was clean, and well stocked with snacks, coffee and toiletries! The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and a perfect distraction for the kids (aged 4, 8 & 12). The game room downstairs was a blast for all of us. We used 6 of the 7 bedrooms, which were all very comfortable! Lastly the location of the house was very convenient to parks, shopping, restaurants and sightseeing! ##### Jodi B. We absolutely loved staying here. The house is our DREAM HOME! It has a SUPER warm pool and lots of pool toys, a fancy hot tub with feet jets, AMAZING shower in the primary, and lots of other rooms all with the same bed so there's no fighting over who gets what :) oh and the game room! Truly endless fun - a weekend was not enough and we were so sad to leave. The first snow of the year out on the golf course was serene and beautiful to watch from the pool, and we saw lots of wildlife. On the map it looks like a busy neighborhood but it was super quiet. We had a lovely stay at this property! The pool was the highlight for my family. We enjoyed having a pool to entirely to ourselves. It was lovely to look out over the golf course while swimming. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. The only negative thing I can say (and its not even a negative) was that the weather is just starting to change at night so all the spiders are trying to get into the warm house and they were achieving that. There were several spiders but nothing a little bug spray couldn't handle. It scared my 7 years old but the rest of us were fine. Upon hearing this Becky immediatly reached out to an exterminator. She was great and so was Cody. We would absolutely stay at this property again. You won't regret your stay at this property! ##### Sherry D. It is conveniently located close to several activities. The kids and a few adults spent time at the nearby park for pickleball and play on the park equipment. There are 2 nearby golf courses and it is convenient for shopping for family meals. The kids spent many hours in the pool! If you use the pool be prepared for the chlorine smell throughout the house. We made good use of the laundry room for towels and swimsuits! The outdoor space was great for mealtime when the weather cooperated. The dining room was not large enough for our entire group to dine together so we spread out to the kitchen island and dining table in the pool area. There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone.
