+ 2 can sleep in the queen bed, and there’s a sofa bed that is slightly smaller than a full size bed. It`s a tight squeeze for 4 grown adults. + The driveway is tight, so huge trucks and vans are ill-advised. 1 parking spot only + Check in is 4pm or later; check out is 10am or earlier. Our cleaners can`t accommodate exceptions. + No smoking inside, outside or even in neighborhood (HOA rules) + No fire pits; no parties; no pets. + We`ve arranged a deal with our cleaning service that allows us to keep our cleaning fees lower than the vast majority of houses this size. Guests need to wash their dishes & start a load of towels in the washer, which saves the cleaners an hour of work while the machine runs.

`This place was hands down the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. In what seems like a pretty small space from the outside is the cutest, cleanest, most aesthetically pleasing cottage. The location was ideal with the town being a few minutes walk down the street.` - Elaina
We stayed here for one night to have some time away from the kids for the first time in THREE years. We could not have asked for a better place to reconnect. The place is so charming and is decorated so uniquely and special.” - Tara
“This is our 3rd 4th time staying at Nathan’s and it’s perfect every time. Our favourite place in Estes Park!” - Rina
“I’m an Airbnb host as well and find myself evaluating each place I`m a guest at to identify what could have been better (to take back to my own rental), however, I came up with no constructive feedback - only inspiration.” - Courtney
“Absolutely wonderful!!! Such a cute little house, perfect for a romantic getaway and just a 6 minute walk from downtown.” - Makenna
★★★★★ MY HOME ★★★★★
My remodeled artsy bohemian bungalow sits on a quiet hillside overlooking downtown Estes Park. You can drive to Rocky Mountain National Park in 5 minutes, walk to restaurants, swing by Bond Park for live music, or chill on the deck watching hummingbirds.
The deck offers amazing views of Old Man Mountain and Prospect Mountain – rare for a place this close to town.
And the instruments! There`s a piano, ukulele, guitar, mandolin, bongos, and djembe drum waiting for you.
I call it Mellow Yellow for its warm, artsy vibe and awesome lighting. Perfect for romantic getaways or just escaping the daily grind. It`s cozy and fully equipped with everything you need.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few days while we hiked near Estes Park. We would definitely stay here again. It's a super-convenient 2-minute walk from downtown, which we loved. The place was perfect for our stay -- clean, cute, homey, and furnished with what we needed. The owner/property manager provided great communication.
Property is in a great location to main st attractions. It was decorated nicely and clean. The heat turned itself down at night making it extremely cold in the house. There were not any extra blankets in the house. The bed in the bedroom is up against the wall, we could feel the cold air from outside coming through the wall. There is a tree right outside the bedroom that hit against the bedroom window all night making it impossible to sleep.bed was also as hard as sleeping on the floor. Also having a pin pad on the door would be way more convenient than a key lock box that you have to fumble with when it’s 30 below outside
Thank you for hosting my son & girlfriend this weekend! They loved the property! Happy Mama & Happy Kiddo!

This is a wonderful little place with cute decor. It was hard to park in the downtown and we were pleased that we could park at the property and walk down to the Main Street. It’s not 5 stars because it’s a bit old and the bed is not luxurious, but it was perfect for our needs.

We absolutely loved our stay in this cozy bungalow! Beautiful views and great location. Even though it was so close to town, it was so quiet (even on the busy July 4th weekend!).
Cute little house kind of fun to have a piano. It was pretty cold those nights in the house doesn’t heat up real well. If the mattress is too weird for you which it was for me in the couch in the living room is wide and firm
This charming cozy bungalow was just perfect for our weekend trip up to Estes Park!! The close proximity to downtown was exactly what was needed for spending the day drinking wine and shopping. (With the exception of the neighbors doing a weekend landscaping project that started early in the morning) I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I will definitely be back!!
Bungalow was perfect for our two night stay in Estes. Great place to chill after a long day in Rocky Mountain National Park. Super close to downtown Estes. House manual covered everything we needed and had some great restaurant suggestions.
