This is obviously a family home as each upstairs room was still full of the family's things. This made for a cluttered space with only a small amount of space for unpacking clothes and storing our cases. The external furniture is really due for replacement and more than 2 sun loungers would have made for a more comfortable outside relaxing area for the 7 of us. The view however is absolutely stunning with the castle and Mont Blanc peeping through the range of mountains on a clear day! Sitting relaxing in the garden with a beer or glass of wine made this holiday a relaxing break and if the garden furniture was improved it would be perfect. The owner Christophe is delightful and always contactable if necessary. The newly opened local boulengerie, is superb! Location wise it's also an easy drive to the supermarket and in to Annecy. ##### Gillian P. The house was clean and was applied with all facilities. The terrace was great. Nous avons aussi visité les gorges du fier (très beau décor) qui se trouve à 15min à pied de la maison! Les propriétaires sont très gentils et arrangeant. Nous pouvions également profiter de la vue superbe sur les montagnes (comme elle nous manque !) de l'intérieur de la maison, confortablement installés dans l'immense canapé. L' extérieur est très bien aménagé, bien entretenu, au calme et nos petits-enfants de 9 ans et 5 ans ont particulièrement apprécié les groseilles et framboises du jardin ainsi que l'espace pour jouer. Les activités ne manquent pas dans la région (merci pour le book mis à disposition), nous avons passé un excellent séjour et même rencontré le Père Noël qui se trouvait dans sa maison de vacances pour le plus grand bonheur des enfants (3 sites à découvrir sur : www.lepetitpays.com). L'extérieur est très bien aménagé, le jardin bien entretenu et nos petits enfants ont particulièrement apprécié l'espace pour jouer et les framboises et groseilles du jardin ! Nous l'avons trouvée à Lovagny. Cette maison contemporaine très propre et bien aménagée, avec un jardin très agréable a répondu à notre attente. La compagnie de Biscotte, la maîtresse des lieux, fut fort appréciée des enfants, et les parents ont usé et abusé de la proximité de l'excellente boulangerie du village. Un grand merci donc aux deux propriétaires, charmants et soucieux de notre bien être qui nous ont fourni de bons conseils sur la région par la documentation disponible. The family owners were very good too with very good English who gave us a very welcome feeling and got our holiday off to a very good start. Quel plaisir de loger dans une maison très agréable au style contemporain, avec toutes les commodités "comme à la maison" .L extérieur est idéal pour s accorder des moments de farniente. Aucun vis à vis avec les voisins et une belle vue sur le château. Location idéale, sans aucune mauvaise surprise. Propriétaire qui sera vous guider quant aux activités à faire sur place. Nous avons trouvé à notre arrivée une maison propre, accueillie très chaleureusement.Nous avons apprécié le lutin avec l'ensemble des guides touristique, idéale pour planifier un super programme. Nous avons apprécié le calme de la maison, la vue dégagée sur le château de Montrottier. Maison très bien aménagée, bien située , non loin de Annecy. Petit resto à cinq minutes de la maison très sympas. Vente de produit du terroir dans le village à côté. Propriétaire très sympathique, qui vous donne des conseils de visite, resto avant votre arrivée par mail, c'est super sympas. ##### Vanessa D. Idéalement situé pour accéder aux activités ( randonnées , lacs , visite des gorges du Fier , châteaux etc...). Accueil sympathique des propriétaires. Nous reviendrons !
