Enjoyable stay!

The property was very comfortable and quiet. The host was very responsive to any questions. Also, they have everything you could possibly need available. We loved the location too and enjoyed morning walks in the neighborhood and Cave Hill Cemetery.

We were SO impressed with the personal, friendly touches! Snacks, water, tea and coffee welcomed us. Beautiful decor. Quiet neighborhood. Quick answers when we did have questions. Best place we've stayed on this trip, and we have been traveling for eight weeks.

Our place was amazing. Quiet neighborhood, Easy to get around Louisville. Very clean. Had issue with the TV the manager was there in no time. Would stay there again, but we are moving to Louisville ! Good luck and thank you.

Myself and 2 friends were in Louisville to watch the NCAA Womens Volleyball Championship.

We had a very good stay at this B&B. It was clean, roomy, and fairly comfortable. Everything worked well and when a couple of circuits didn't work the Host provide the info to quickly get it resolved. The only complaint we had was the heat was uneven as it was hot in the bedrooms but too cool in the living room area. We left the bedroom doors opened and that helped.

Teacher Conference

Absolutely loved this property! It was perfect for our group of four, and the amenities were above what was mentioned in the description. It was perfectly located between the airport and the conference venue we were in Louisville attending. Several dining options are just over a mile away, and a cute coffee shop is less than a half a mile away for coffee lovers! James was awesome to deal with, and answered messages in a timely manner. Checkout is 10 am and we didn’t need to head to the airport until around noon . . . James allowed us to leave our luggage at the property while we walked to a restaurant to have brunch! That was extremely helpful and kind! I will definitely stay here again when in Louisville!!!

Short weekend stay which absolutely met all our needs. Quiet neighborhood but with easy access to Downtown and surrounding areas. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Louisville.

This adorable apartment was perfect for our needs. We visited for three days and this place was close to everything we did. We loved nearly everything about it. The only minor downside was the traffic noise, but it was not awful. Would highly recommend!

House was in great location. Walking distance to a coffee shop and some restaurants. 5-6 drive to downtown/bourbon trail. James was an amazing host. Great communication and really helpful. It is on a busy street so there is some traffic noise so earplugs or using a fan was helpful.

Truly a Happy Place

Our stay at the Highlands Happy Place was perfect! The apartment was just as described, nicely decorated, clean, and perfectly stocked. There was not one thing our group of 7 were needing or wanting that wasn’t there. The snacks and water bottles were much appreciated to tide us over until we were able to get to the store. James responded promptly and was very friendly and accommodating. Oh, and the neighborhood was nice, safe, quiet and the neighbors we met were very friendly. I hope we have a reason to return to Louisville. We will for sure stay at the Happy Place again! Thank you!!

3 Moms 4 Teen girls and we had a wonderful stay! We felt safe (apartments next door but no issues) off street parking, nice restaurants near by. Owners Very accommodating and this unit was very comfortable and adequately equipped for short or long term rental. Please note you will see posts about a baby gate. Its at the top of a stairwell to an exterior door only. Its made to sound like it separates from a living area down stairs. Not the case. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality!

The apartment is exactly what we needed. It was enough area for all of us. We wasn’t on top of one another. The washing machine was great to have to watch the show close both bathrooms were wonderful and the beds were magnificent. We look forward to it for next year.

Fun in Louisville
