Inspired by Hemingway and the warm glow of whiskey, the space is layered with leather accents, wood undertones, and vintage furnishings that create a rich, atmospheric stay.

Tanner is located in NuLu, a lively neighborhood known for bars, restaurants, and nightlife. As a result, you may hear city sounds, music, or foot traffic in the evenings — especially on weekends. This suite is best suited for guests who enjoy an urban environment and being close to the action.



Inside, the suite is all about mood and texture. Warm ambient lighting softens the rugged finishes, creating a space that feels intimate and inviting rather than minimal or modern. The Murphy bed transforms the room from a stylish lounge into a comfortable sleeping space, making the studio both functional and character-rich.



A rustic metal counter table offers the perfect spot for sipping a drink, sharing a meal, or journaling late into the night. The fully equipped kitchen provides modern convenience, balancing the vintage aesthetic with practical comfort.

Guest Access:

The apartment features a smart lock keypad for seamless self check-in. Each guest receives a unique access code, active only for the duration of their stay to ensure both security and peace of mind. Your code will be sent 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival time.

You’ll be staying in NULU, Louisville’s trendiest neighborhood known for its creativity, flavor, and charm. The area is packed with one-of-a-kind shops, street art, cozy cafes, and some of the city’s best restaurants. Want to start your trip early or sleep in on your last morning? We’re happy to accommodate an early check-in or late checkout if arranged in advance! Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm, and our checkout time is 10:00am – we charge 10% of the nightly rate per hour (with a minimum of $20/hour) to adjust our cleaners’ schedules and arrange this service.
