Best of all, this condo is secluded four blocks from Bardstown Road (an entertainment mecca) so you’ll be able to sleep without being awoken by the city’s 4AM night life! A perfect home base centrally located for touring local attractions or bourbon distilleries. Just mins to downtown, NuLu, expo center, I-65, & airport. Enjoy 1700+ sq feet of space all to yourself. Start by walking in to the condo with a private entrance, just a few steps away from your two reserved off-street parking spaces which is rare in this area! On the upper level, the 2 bedrooms are on opposite ends with laundry in the middle which makes it especially perfect for a group of couples or those traveling with kids. Multiple places to eat and check out in walking distance. Close enough to downtown to easily get there without all the noise and commotion. Easy parking! Amazing condo - clean, open floor plan, great for families, multiple things to do in and around the place. He put together a whole book about the place and stuff to do around town. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!
