Room was layed out nicely. Had water stains on ceiling, when heat came on it smelled like an old sweaty shirt. Breakfast was nice. The day of leaving our cards were both deactivated. Night time desk guy was nice. Checking in had cost that wasn’t mentioned beforehand

We saw a drug deal go down in front of entrance … the place looks run down. … surprisingly the room was better then the outside .. breakfast was good though .. one morning ran out of plates for breakfast.. No orange or apple juice was available .. had to ask the lady managing the breakfast for some… just seemed like the supplies were limited for guests to utilize a comfortable experience .. trolleys to transport language need to be put in a dumpster or refinished very disgusting and worn out.. btw fix the wall in the area were the trolleys are stored and change out the carpet someday in the hallways .. seems like the place just needs some TLC .. if it wasn’t for the room being updated or I say refreshed and the breakfast being decent, the experience would have been rated a 1 .. also add a pic in property photos online showing the hot breakfast offered .. I hope the management can take my comments as being as encouragement and an opportunity to act on … good luck !! I would love to see the results from these comments

It was dirty, stains on the counter top, TV stand, and the desk. Bathroom needs painted and grouting. Shower was weak in the bottom and the faucet was flimsy. The hotel required an additional $100 to get the room above the room rate. Even though it will be refunded two to three days after you check out. Things are high enough without that expense. I will not be staying there again.

Hotel was not clean and had a bad smell. The comforter was ripped, the toilet did not work correctly, and the jacuzzi tub expelled gunky stuff from the jets when we tried to use it.

The property was in a questionable location. We probably would have canceled, except we didn't pay for the cancelation insurance. However the facility was clean, but understaffed. Our toilet was plugged, and it took several call to the desk to get anyone to answer. Later they came to our room and handed us a plunger, instead of having a someone do it for us.

The room and hospitality was great, but the jacuzzi didn’t work. We had three people try it, but none of the jets would come on. The front desk guy tried and the motor came on, but he didn’t test it with water to see if the jets were working.

I would never stay at this property again. I didnt actully even stay I checked in and left within 15 minutes. The hotel mangagment and staff refused to refund my money. They were completely rude and even argued with me and called me a liar. Completely unprofessional. The room was ran down and dirty. There was poop splattered on the bathroom floor from the previous guest. There was shaprie or marker on the door and other items in the room. Dirty walls and light switch covers. The tub had pink mold. And the room smelled like old rotten garbage. The hotel hallways had dirt and debris outside of every door and down each hallway. I wouldnt say they had been cleaned in quite awhile. The elevator was acting up as well and the door would hardly open and the elevator was also dirty. I have never been in a hotel that was so dirty and with a staff completely unwilling to make a customer happy. It looks like it should have bedbugs and roaches and cost $50 a night.

The price is what drew me to this property. It was okay. The front desk service was good. They got me checked in really quick/ The room was okay at first glance. They really need to do some upgrades. The jacuzzi tub was good but it was stained so we didn't try it out. The beds covers and blankets did have burn stains even though this is a no smoking facility. The pullout sofa mattress was stained really bad. We attempted to flip the mattress but there were stains on the other side also. I just had to remind myself that this is a not a top rated hotel and you get what you pay for I guess. The breakfast was great though. It is located on the 3rd floor and right down the hall form my room. They had a variety of different breakfast items both cold and hot. Overall, it was an okay stay, it fit what I needed at the time. We were in town for the Beyonce concert and this hotel was in walking distance from the stadium.

Prices have gone up quite a bit. but still not outrageous. The offered breakfast was a disaster with the eggs and sausage being cold and the room being very hot, like no AC. The room was clean, so we had a place to sleep and shower. I guess the minimums were met.

We went down to use the washer and dryer. We put our clothes in the washer come back to put them in the dryer and dryer, and Jammie broke into Jana the vanity machine to work because the homeless people and John broke into home the servers no continental breakfast there were Homeless people in Street people everywhere so Freight just just said search nothing we can do about it and surprise was just very very unsafe
