They are In process of changes but this area is NOT a great first impression. Is not 21000 square feet as the listing says. And as is true for many large places, it sleeps a lot but there is not comfortable seating for nearly half of those people. The outside gathering spot is not covered and was too hot to even consider sitting out there. It looks nice but is not inviting if it is hot or rainy. Someone who is part of Hollyhock was working in the building organizing the day we checked in. She was great! Quality furnishings, lots of towels etc and owners who treasure their renters. This penthouse location is beautifully nestled right in the heart of downtown Louisville. Nothing was more than a couple blocks from us. The house does have 5 bedrooms and a loft and will comfortably sleep 9 without sharing beds or sleeping on couches. There are many queen/full beds, a king, and a twin for sleeping that can accommodate multiple people should you need sleeping room for more than 9\. The rooftop terrace is an amazing touch. It is private and belongs to you for the duration of your stay. The hosts were wonderful and provided everything we needed to be comfortable while we were there.
