This property has been so thoughtfully put together. It is warm, comfortable and very stylish. Located within walking distance of many good restaurants and bars. While it can accommodate 4 with a pull out sofa, it is a cozy couples retreat. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Louisville. ##### Rebecca R. We were in town from NC visiting family and wanted to stay somewhere within walking distance to restaurants and shops. This place definitely fit the bill! The property was as cute as could be. My son said "It looks like you guys are staying in a home furnishings commercial!" The bed is super comfy, the layout is great, the book provided by the owners is spot on! We were looking for a place to sleep and try some new eats, and not only did this property meet those expectations, it exceeded them. Although, I’m hesitant to say that because I want it to be available next time I visit Louisville 😉. Completely accurate description of the studio. Very clean! The check in/check out process was easy peasy and the property managers were very quick with their responses to questions. Conveniently located on Frankfort Ave with ample restaurant and shopping options! Only downside is the train across the street. It’s pretty loud, but I’m a sound sleeper and with the aide of a white noise machine (provided), it didn’t bother me too much. Would definitely book again! ##### Thomas H. Nice kitchen and seating area. Comfy bed with nice linens. Nice bathroom, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The Frankfort Ave location is a gem. One wonderful restaurant and bar after another. Very walkable. The off street parking is also a plus. Only minor nit - not enough storage for clothes - no dresser, not even a luggage stand.
