The Space: This unique historic home was fully remodeled in 2018 and features a new heating and cooling system, a mini split heating/cooling system in the upper level bedroom 3, and dual water heaters so you never run out of hot water with your large group! The outdoor tub features hot water but is shut off during the winter months (approx. Nov-Mar) PARKING: Street parking is the only parking option available, but it is free and plentiful. There are also many restaurants nearby for when you feel like grabbing takeout. Coffee is on us! Stocked with coffee beans, an assortment of tea, sugar, and sweetener. Enjoy your morning brew just how you like it! After your meal, you can head over to the lounge and relax on the comfy sofa. I requested permission to check in 20-30 minutes early; that request went ignored and wasn't granted. The shower upstairs was dirty and full of someone's hair.
