We had to take a cold shower the first night due to the hot water not working. VRBO was not allowed to reach out to the owner only during certain hours. I requested permission to check in 20-30 minutes early; that request went ignored and wasn't granted. The shower upstairs was dirty and full of someone's hair. Street parking could be tricky at times. The cleaning needed some attention, there were coffee grounds left in the coffee maker, the ceiling fans had lots of dust on them and the bathrooms were not very clean. The upstairs bathroom had stains in it, everything was dusty, sink looked like it had not been cleaned, and did not have a good smell.
