  • GREAT location minutes from Churchill Downs, Highlands, Downtown Louisville and more! Walking distance to lots of local restaurants, bars and brewery! Cozy living room with a large sectional couch, a 55" TV with Fire stick & Sling TV for live streaming/movies. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking & opens up into dining room with large table! Washer & dryer ready for use. Great outdoor lounge space under the pergola with fire pit! Absolutely NO PARTIES!!! There is video surveillance on the outside of the property- parties will be shut down immediately!!
