Approximately 2.2 miles to Churchill Downs in one direction and 1.4 miles from Fourth Street Live in the other direction. Walking distance to two of the best restaurants in Louisville: Buck’s Restaurant has one of the best piano players in town and Edward Lee at 610 Magnolia is a nationally recognized chef. Amici Cafe is also in walking distance and offers more casual Italian dining. The 1st floor eat-in kitchen is complete with all you need to cook with; coffee maker; complimentary coffee & tea; and grilling utensils. It opens up to a huge, privacy fenced back yard. The first floor entryway opens into the living room area, as well as the formal dining room. Accessible via 2 separate staircases, the 2nd floor has the master bedroom (1 Queen; 1 Full; 1 twin pull-out); 2nd bedroom (1 Queen; 1 twin); 2 bathrooms; and a walk in closet. The 3rd floor has the third (2 Fulls) and fourth (twin bunk with a full futon below) bedrooms. Rear of house has a covered deck with a grill, a large patio, and a table with plenty of seating.
