Welcome to Hillcrest Hideaway, BNB Louisville's charming updated 2-story hilltop home with a private backyard that has its own seasonal cottage! 🏡

Lots of space for everyone to be comfortable in this beautifully restored historic home in a wooded setting. Very desirable neighborhood that's convenient to Frankfort Avenue, Downtown, and the Highlands—all the best dining & entertainment is just minutes away.

Whether you're in town for business, a special event, Churchill Downs, or a Bourbon Tour, The Hillcrest House is a fantastic home base for your visit.

✨ THE SPACE
The 3-bedroom home and 1-bedroom *seasonal cottage sit atop a wooded hill with lots of backyard decking and great views—an inviting private oasis.
• Main House: Features a large living room, sunroom, formal dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and 2.5 baths. 🛁
• Seasonal Cottage: 1-bedroom with 2 twin/double bunk-bed sets, den, kitchenette, and full bath.
• Sleeping Options: Two separate living quarters give guests many options. (NOTE: Local ordinances limit the legal number of guests on property to a maximum total of 12).

*Important: Mid-winter availability of the cottage can vary due to sub-freezing temps affecting plumbing (usually closed Dec-March).

We are just blocks from the historic and very popular Frankfort Avenue corridor.
• Nearby: Easy access to the Highlands and Saint Matthews with unique boutiques and coffee shops.
• Convenience: Kroger grocery store is less than a mile west. Downtown and EXPO are less than ten minutes away.

🚗 PARKING & ACCESS
A 2-car garage plus parking spaces are available at street level. Walk up the driveway and begin enjoying this fantastic historic home.
• Note: The 99-year-old driveway is too narrow for modern cars, so guests use the bottom section/garage area only.

Golf and Bourbon Trail Getaway

Great place to stay with a group. Close to many golf courses and easy access to the bourbon trail.
