Pet-friendly (1 max, with restrictions, must be crated when away) ✔ Professionally cleaned & sanitized ✔ Self check-in ✔ Free parking ✔ On-site fitness center & pool ✔ Smart TVs with Netflix ✔ Fully equipped kitchen ✔ Fast Wi-Fi ✔ In-unit washer & dryer ✔ Easy access to Hwy 64, 15 mins to Downtown Louisville & SDF airport I’m available to respond to messages daily from 9 AM to 2 AM EST The Space: Note: Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (Pool currently under maintenance) \-We currently do not allow same day check-in for locals. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Especially when it's hot, Louisville does have bugs. We do regular pest control and we can have someone come out if you do see anything. Please be aware the unit being in the state of Kentucky there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this. Guest Access: You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities. The Neighborhood: The apartment is situated in a quiet and newly developed area in a convenient location near downtown, NULU and many of the best areas in Louisville Getting Around: We recommend driving near and in Louisville proper, and there are rideshares, public transportation and scooters for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.
