Steps away from restaurants, bars, and shops on Baxter Ave and Bardstown Road. We offer two off street parking spaces. One is contained in a gated area and the other is an off street space along the side of the building. This condo is three stories with access to a shared courtyard. Just minutes away from downtown Louisville and Churchill Downs - Home of the Kentucky Derby. Centrally located. This condo has three floors which is creates a lot of privacy. When you enter the condo on the first floor you walk into the living room/kitchen area. Here you will find air hockey and a Ms. Pac-man arcade game. Also on the first floor is a half bath. The second floor contains 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a full bathroom attached. The second floor also contains the laundry room. On the third floor you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and a full size daybed with a twin trundle and private bathroom. There is a doorbell camera that records audio and video when it is triggered by motion. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all also provided. It is centrally located and is close to so many bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. It did not keep my wife and I awake, but I can see where it may bother some folks. You are within walking distance of several bars and restaurants which is very convienient. It advertises a gated parking space, which it has, but the entrance gate was never closed during our stay. That did not bother me, I was glad to not be on the street, but if I lived there I would be a little irritated the gate was not closed consistently. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Erin K.
