Ted's property was perfect for our group of 8 during the Derby. The house is very spacious with lots of room to hang out socially while also having enough room for everyone to have their own space as well. The outdoor space and seating was a huge bonus too. The neighbourhood is gorgeous and very close to Bardstown road. Ted was an extremely welcoming host who took time to make recommendations for places we wanted to visit, eat and drink.
