Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom home available for Derby weekend!! Sleeps 8-10! Location Location Location!! Two miles from the airport, five miles from Churchill Downs, and 1-2 miles from the best restaurants and bars in Louisville!! Large kitchen, dining room, living room, large den/living area off of kitchen. Huge deck perfect for pre-gaming, or winding down after your big win at the track!!
New towels will be provided for each guest; Keurig coffee maker; gas grill on the deck; solo pit fire pit (wood provided). This home has great space for entertaining! Enjoy the comforts of home while experiencing the greatest 2 minutes in sports, The Kentucky Derby!!
