The Space: Welcome to your quaint escape. The guesthouse has a comfy queen bed, seating area with table and sofa, kitchenette, and an urban getaway's coveted feature-- private parking! Alfresco is perfect for solo travelers or couples who want a simple and relaxed stay while exploring the city. Guest Access: The apartment has a smart lock keypad for self check-in with a unique access code that last only the duration of guests' stays for safety and peace of mind. The access code will be sent 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival time. The Neighborhood: The Highlands is one of the most iconic neighborhoods in Louisville, and for good reason: it has amazing food, a hip atmosphere, and is the perfect place to find out why “Keep Louisville Weird” is one of the city’s slogans! If you want to go barhopping, visit Cherokee Park, admire street art, or stroll along streets lined with eclectic shops, this is the spot. Getting Around: The address is 1913 Alfresco Place. The private parking area is in the alley behind the house, between Alfresco Pl and Richmond Dr. Park in the driveway adjacent to the garage. Other Things to Note: We offer free private parking in the driveway off the alley behind the house. This stay is located above a residential garage and stairs are required to access. Want to start your trip early or sleep in on your last morning? We’re happy to accommodate an early check-in or late checkout if arranged in advance!
