Shop, grocery 300 m, supermarket 180 m, restaurant, bar 90 m, bus stop "James Square" 270 m, railway station "Elgin" 10 km, sandy beach "Lossiemouth Beach" 450 m. Marina 90 m, golf course (18 hole) 1 km, tennis 800 m. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked.  
2-room apartment 44 m2, on the ground floor. Spacious and bright, fully renovated in 2023, tasteful and stylish furnishings: open living/dining room with 1 sofabed (120 cm, length 182 cm), TV (flat screen), radio. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 198 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill). Shower/WC. Heating.
