From the moment we arrived, all staff was very helpful and willing to help make sure our stay was pleasant. We had an excellent room view and conditions. The only recommendation we have is more night guest entertainment and believe needs to be better.

Unfortunately, my recent stay at this resort did not meet the standards I expected. I experienced several issues: Cleanliness: The area underneath the bed had not been properly cleaned. Noise: Outside music could clearly be heard inside my room due to poor sound insulation. Key card: I had to reset or reactivate my room key card five times. Backyard door: The door was difficult to close properly and appeared to require maintenance. Food Quality: During the main dining hours, the meat was frequently undercooked or not properly prepared.

This is a clean place to stay. I'm use to Marriott, but I did not want to pay a lot for a room for one night. Plenty of places to eat nearby, and breakfast was excellent. They needed some maintenance in the shower. Slow drip when shower was off and ceiling was peeling. Otherwise bathroom was clean. Parking was also good.
